Advance bids can be placed 30 days prior to the auction date. The active bidding period begins August 20th at 10:00 a.m. and goes until 7:00 p.m. During that time, bidders will be able to see the high bid on each property. Bidders will be able to place bids until 7:00 p.m. The bidding stops at 7:00 p.m. and emails will be sent with payment instructions from Title-Check approximately one hour after the end of the bidding.
Bidders who wish to bid must place a $1,000.00 authorization hold on a major credit card or debit card to authorize their account for bidding. If the bidder does not have a credit card or internet access, they can call Title-Check at 1-800-259-7470 for assistance.
